7-Day Blue Cruise: Fethiye to Kekova and Back

Arrival and Check-In

Please arrive at Fethiye Harbour by 10:00 AM. Our friendly team will be there to greet you and assist if you need help finding the check-in location. Once you've completed the check-in process at our office, you’ll head to the harbor for a short welcome briefing before boarding your traditional Turkish gulet.

Stop 1: Butterfly Valley

Your journey begins at the breathtaking Butterfly Valley, a hidden cove ideal for a refreshing swim or a hike up to the modest waterfall. Depending on the season, the valley may be filled with colorful butterflies and moths, enhancing the natural charm of the area. While you enjoy the surroundings, a delicious lunch will be served onboard.

Optional Experience: Paragliding Over Oludeniz

The next destination is the famous Oludeniz Beach—renowned for its striking blue lagoon. If you're seeking adventure, this is a great opportunity to try paragliding from Babadag Mountain, offering panoramic views of the stunning coastline below. Advance booking is advised, which can be done online, at our office, or directly with the captain. However, last-minute spots are often available as well.

Evening Stop: St. Nicholas Island

As evening approaches, the gulet anchors near St. Nicholas Island. You'll have the chance to explore ancient ruins scattered across the island or simply unwind on deck while watching the sun set over the Mediterranean.

Early Morning Cruise to Aquarium Bay
In the early morning, the crew will set sail from Patara, gently cruising towards the crystal-clear waters of Aquarium Bay. After a leisurely breakfast on board, take time to swim and relax before continuing the journey to Kaş.

Discover Kaş: A Charming Coastal Town
Kaş is a picturesque coastal town celebrated for its vibrant boutiques and distinctive jewelry shops. Be sure to visit the ancient amphitheater situated on the western edge of the town for a touch of history and panoramic views.

Evening Anchorage in Serene Bays
Spend the evening anchored in one of the peaceful coves nestled between Kaş and Kekova, perfect for a tranquil night under the stars.

Visit to the Sunken City
The day begins with a fascinating visit to the Sunken City, a once-thriving Lycian settlement that dates back over 2,000 years. Submerged by an earthquake in the 2nd century AD, the ruins now lie just beneath the surface. As we gently cruise along the coastline, you'll witness the remnants of ancient buildings and streets through the crystal-clear water.
Please note: Swimming and snorkeling are strictly prohibited in this protected UNESCO World Heritage site to preserve its historical integrity.

Kekova and Simena Castle
We’ll then anchor near the tranquil shores of Kekova, where you can explore the historic Simena Castle. Hike to the top for sweeping panoramic views of the turquoise bay, scattered islets, and lush hillsides—a perfect photo opportunity.

A Relaxed Morning and Swim
Ease into the day with a refreshing morning swim, followed by a generous breakfast spread served on deck—perfect for a slow and peaceful start.

Cruise to Demre Çayağzı Harbor
After breakfast, we set sail for Demre Çayağzı Harbor, where we will moor just before lunch. This marks the farewell point for guests completing the four-day cruise.

Exploring Demre Çayağzı
Guests continuing on the extended itinerary will be transferred ashore to explore Demre Çayağzı. Take time to visit local shops, use ATM facilities, or discover the nearby Lycian rock tombs scattered through the area.

Afternoon Cruise and Anchorage near Kekova
Lunch will be served upon your return to the gulet. In the afternoon, we cruise past the legendary Sunken City once again, offering another look at its submerged ruins. We’ll anchor near Kekova, where guests can revisit Simena Castle or walk towards the eastern tip of the village to see the iconic sarcophagus rising from the sea.

Evening at Gökkaya Bay
We end the day anchored in tranquil Gökkaya Bay, a natural haven and turtle nesting area. Keep watch—you might catch a glimpse of sea turtles as you swim or relax onboard.

Return to Kaş
Today’s journey brings us back to the vibrant town of Kaş. Spend your time exploring more of its boutique shops, enjoying a relaxed stroll through the charming streets, or unwinding at a local café with a cup of rich Turkish coffee while soaking up the lively coastal atmosphere.

For those interested, this is another chance to join a scuba diving experience. Whether you're a certified diver or trying it for the first time, Kaş offers excellent underwater sites. To secure your spot and benefit from online discounts, we recommend booking in advance.

Continuing the Cruise
After your time ashore in Kaş, we set sail once again to continue the journey along the beautiful Turquoise Coast.

Final Morning at St. Nicholas Island
Your final day aboard begins with a calm and easy morning anchored at the historic St. Nicholas Island. Start the day with a peaceful swim in the serene waters, followed by a relaxed breakfast on deck. We’ll then cruise to a nearby bay for one last swim and lunch under the Mediterranean sun.

Return to Fethiye Harbour & Disembarkation
After lunch, the gulet will make its way to Fethiye Harbour, arriving between 12:30 and 1:30 PM. It’s time to bid farewell to your fellow travelers and the dedicated crew who’ve made your journey unforgettable.
Please note: Transfers to Fethiye hotels are not included in the cruise package.
